ReFuel Pgh Outreach Intern (Full-Time - paid)

ReFuel Pgh is a partnership between GTECH Strategies, and Braddock based Fossil Free Fuels to collect used cooking oil to be produced into a renewable-diesel fuel. The group is looking for a self-motivated, organized intern/project associate to develop partnerships and waste oil donations for the program to start immediately. Ideal candidates will have a passion for community engagement, a willingness to get their hands dirty, strong writtlen and verbal skills.  Experience planning events, coordinating stakeholders and community outreach or marketing is preferred. An interest in environmental education as well as experience with market and quantitative research a plus.
 
Education: Masters candidates in policy, business or similar are preferred. Juniors, seniors or graduates in the humanities and environmental sciences with relevant experience will also be considered.
 
Deadline: Open until filled
Duration: 3 months
Start Date: Immediately

Communications/Marketing Intern (Part-Time)

GTECH seeks an ambitious, motivated and self-directed intern with a background in communications or marketing.  Experience in developing a communications strategy, maintaining website content and social media is preferred.  Experience in planning, conducting, and organizing events is also a bonus.  Strong written and verbal skills are required as well as a technological proficiency with basic content management systems and social media.

Business Planning Associate (Part-Time)

In conjunction with GTECH's social enterprise ventures and applied innovation research, GTECH seeks a qualified candidate with experience in business planning, market research and entrepreneurship to assist in developing business plans.  Technical expertise in finance, business, market research, supply chain management, franchising, and decision making is preferred.
