Chelsea is the Director of Sustainable Communities at Fourth Economy Consulting. Chelsea works with public, private and nonprofit clients to develop sustainable approaches to economic development. Chelsea’s background is in urban planning and community development. Her work with nonprofits to ensure infrastructure development provided benefits to local residents and work with local governments to promote a community input process for quality development, public art, civic design and historic preservation has made her a natural fit for GTECH’s board. Specifically, she was inspired to join the GTECH board because GTECH’s work at the intersection of community development and the green economy matches her own passions.
